2:22 A Ghost Story

Jenny,her husband Sam and new born daughter, have recently bought a house that they are slowly renovating.

For several nights, at exactly 2:22 am, Jenny hears the sound of someone moving around the house and a man's voice crying, often via the baby monitor in her daughter's bedroom, and so becomes convinced the house is haunted.

Sam having been away on a work trip, insists there are logical explanations for the noises.

The couple hosts a dinner party for Lauren, an old university friend of Sam's and Ben, her new boyfriend.

After discussing the strange noises, Jenny persuades the others to stay up until 2:22am to see what happens.

This production has just completed a sell out UK tour following a successful West End debut in 2021.

It has been released for amateur production for a limited time only.

The  characters

Sam: A physics professor and writer.

Playing age 30-40

Jenny: A primary school teacher.

Playing age 30-40

Lauren A Californian psychotherapist

Playing age  30-40.

Ben London Accent. A builder

Playing age  30-50.

Two uniformed Police Constables. One male one female.

Playing ages 20-60

Auditions

Friday 16th October at 7.30 pm.

Sunday 25th October  at 2.00 pm.

Audition pieces will be sent out in advance, so please contact the Director with your email address if you would like one or more, indicating the part(s) you wish to read for.

Rehearsals will start on Monday 4th January .

We will rehearse on Mondays and Thursdays at 19.30-22.00

Production week Sunday 28th February (get-in) to Sunday 7th March (last performance).
